Refund and Return Policy

At LullabyStudioCo, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, unique products. Since our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand provider (Printify), all products are produced specifically for you. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind.

However, we will gladly assist you in cases of manufacturing defects, printing issues, or delivery-related damages through Printify Connect, a seamless solution for resolving order issues.


1. Reporting an Issue

We utilize Printify Connect to make the refund or replacement process smooth and hassle-free.

Post-Delivery Email:
After your order is delivered, you will automatically receive an unbranded email asking you to rate your order. If there is an issue with your order, you can report it directly to the Printify Support Team through this email. Printify will evaluate your request and provide a resolution quickly.

  • This email will come from customer@trackorder.site with LullabyStudioCo as the sender.
  • If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Customer-Directed Reporting:
If you reach out to us directly at info@lullabystudioco.com regarding an order issue, we will provide you with a Printify Connect link to report your problem. Printify's team will then evaluate the request and inform you and us of the resolution.

Please ensure your issue is reported within 30 days of product delivery.


2. Eligible Issues for Refund or Replacement

To process a claim, please ensure you provide the required evidence as outlined below.

Issue Required Evidence
Print Quality Issue A clear photo of the product laid flat, showing the design and the issue clearly.
Print Placement Issue A clear photo with a ruler/measuring tape showing incorrect print placement. Tolerance: 0.5” is acceptable.
Print in the Wrong Area A photo showing both sides of the product to display the incorrect print placement.
Wrong Product Received A photo of the product received, including a visible size tag.
Product Defect (Incorrect Size/Brand/Quality) A photo clearly showing the design, issue, or size tag.
Sizing Issue (Manufacturer’s Defect) A photo measuring the product laid flat, with the print and size clearly visible. Tolerance: +/- 1” for adults, +/- 0.5” for baby clothing.
Delivery-Related Product Damage A photo or video of the damaged product, packaging, and printed design.
Reprinted Item with Same Issue A photo or video showing both the original and reprinted item in one frame where the recurring issue is visible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Orders where the wrong size, color, or design was selected by the customer.
  • Minor variations in print placement (within a 0.5” tolerance).
  • Orders where the customer changed their mind after receiving the product.
  • Products returned without approval or without reporting through Printify Connect.

4. Refund and Replacement Process

  1. Automatic Email Reporting: After delivery, use the Printify Connect link in the post-delivery email to report any issue.
  2. Customer-Initiated Reports: If you contact us directly, we will send you a Printify Connect link to submit your request.
  3. Evaluation and Resolution: The Printify Support Team will evaluate your request and determine if a refund or reprint is warranted. You and our team will be informed of the outcome.
  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lullabystudioco.com.

5. International Orders and Customs Fees

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply for international orders.
  • Refunds will not include these additional costs.

6. Additional Information

  • All product names and mockup images shown during checkout are set on our My Products page. If you notice discrepancies, please contact us immediately at info@lullabystudioco.com.
  • If there is an issue affecting multiple products using the same design, a photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame may be required.
